The No. 3 line of Jinhe Food Workshop was filled with the aroma of corn, but Zhao Lei, the production supervisor, had his eyebrows twisted into a knot. ‌Millimeter-level heat sealing revolution started at this moment. ply-pack engineers brought thermal imaging cameras to the workshop and found that the temperature fluctuation of traditional heat sealing knives reached ±8¡æ, which was the culprit for the wrinkles on the sealing of packaging bags. The newly deployed high-speed pillow packaging machine is equipped with a dual-circuit temperature control module. With the cooperation of nano-ceramic heating plates and infrared compensation systems, the temperature difference in the heat sealing area is compressed to ±0.5¡æ. On the first day of commissioning, Xiao Wang, a production line inspector, exclaimed with a magnifying glass: "The sealing lines are neater than hair!"

The self-sensing correction system subverts traditional operations. When the puffed food bag passes through the inspection station at a speed of 2.5 meters per second, 64 sets of laser sensors capture the deviation of the packaging film in real time. During a night shift, the operator Lao Zhou forgot to replace the film roll positioning pin, but the system automatically adjusted the guide roller inclination within 30 seconds, and pulled the packaging film that was about to deviate by 15mm back on track. "This automatic correction system is like installing a cerebellum on the equipment, and it can even capture the 0.3mm deviation caused by vibration." The head of Jinhe Equipment wrote in the acceptance report.

Today, Line 3 has been rejuvenated. At the end of the assembly line, quality inspectors no longer need to use vernier calipers to measure the width of the edge bands one by one. The infrared grating of the intelligent detector scans and defective products are automatically ejected into the recycling channel. The control screen of the packaging machine is jumping with real-time data: 72 hours of continuous operation without failure, and the yield statistical bar chart is fixed in the green range of 99.7%. Warehouse manager Lao Li pointed to the neatly stacked finished product boxes and smiled: "In the past, we always had to prepare 5% more packaging film, but now the scrap baskets have become decorations."
