The killer of this fully automatic filling line is hidden in three core modules. The material adaptive system can sense changes in liquid viscosity, automatically increase pressure when encountering laundry detergent, and intelligently reduce speed when encountering foam-rich softener; the quick-release pipe design makes the fragrance switching as simple as changing a tap; what amazes customers most is the self-cleaning function - before stopping, the pipe will be blown clean with compressed air. Lao Lin joked: "This equipment can clean better than my dishwasher!"
During the surprise acceptance last week, they were producing the popular cherry blossom scented laundry gel beads. Watching the liquid filling and packaging machine switch freely between the gel bead bottle and the replenishing liquid bag, the quality inspector Xiao Yang was shaking with his hands holding the measuring cup: "The error is smaller than our manual sampling!" The post-95 supervisor of the e-commerce department held up a mobile phone to live broadcast the filling process: "Look at this silky filling effect, my friends, double-click 666!" What makes me even more gratified is the change in the workshop environment - the pungent fragrance that was originally diffused has faded, and there are actually a few pots of green radish in the corner. Lao Lin said that this was specially added by the boss's wife: "The old dirt in the cracks of the floor tiles has all come out!" Last month at the daily chemical exhibition, this set of liquid filling and packaging machines was surrounded by crowds. A customer from Fujian reached out to try the nozzle rebound strength: "Can it fill eyelash glue? Our new product is always not full." The boss of the Hebei Sesame Oil Factory was more direct: "Can sesame paste be done?" These demands force us to continue to upgrade. During debugging late at night, I often stared at the filling head in a trance. The control module jumping under the cold metal light actually gave the workshop a sense of Zen - the operator is no longer busy wiping the bottle mouth, and the quality inspector does not have to chase the conveyor belt. Thinking of the day of acceptance, the old operator with 20 years of work experience touched the warm equipment shell and sighed: "This iron lump understands the word 'clean' better than people."
On the way back to the factory, the business manager flipped through the newly signed order and suddenly laughed: "The bubble water manufacturer in Shanghai insisted on spraying the equipment into macaron color." Perhaps this is the romance of technology. When the liquid filling and packaging machine can not only cure the stubborn problems of production, but also become the scenery of the workshop, those once sticky troubles will eventually turn into a calm smile on the assembly line. And we are always on the way to the next "clean battlefield".
