"Traditional equipment is shut down for maintenance twice a week on average, while the Chinese solution has achieved zero-failure operation for three consecutive months." Ivanov said, pointing to the finished packaged product at the end of the production line. The frost condensed on the surface of the equipment quickly vaporizes after entering the temperature zone, but does not leave a trace of water stains in the circuit cabin-this is thanks to the double-layer anti-condensation structure developed by ply-pack.
After the project was implemented, the localized operation and maintenance center established by ply-pack in Almaty played a key role. After an inspection, a Turkish yogurt manufacturer directly signed a 10 million yuan order including an intelligent temperature control system and localized operation and maintenance services. As Ivanov shared at the industry forum: "This is not a simple equipment purchase, but a comprehensive upgrade from production processes to operation and maintenance systems."
