"When the glass bottle position is detected to be offset, the visual correction system will adjust the gripping angle of the robot arm within 0.2 seconds." After the intelligent production line was put into use, the daily production capacity of Caoyuan Dairy jumped from 80,000 bottles to 120,000 bottles, and the packaging leakage rate dropped from 3‰ to 0.05‰.
Today, fresh milk products printed with the Caoyuan Dairy logo are arriving at southern supermarkets across 3,000 kilometers through a 10℃ cold chain. At the end of the shelf, consumers can scan the code to view the sterilization temperature curve and sealing pressure value recorded by the dairy packaging machine-these data come from the built-in IoT module of the equipment, and the production log is synchronized to the cloud every 15 minutes.
"Aseptic packaging technology allows us to mark a 21-day shelf life on the packaging." Wang Qiang opened the latest version of the test report, and the words "not detected" in the microbial index column were particularly eye-catching in the sun. "Distributors no longer have to wait in the return area in the early morning. Our fresh milk can now be sold in 80 new cities."
