The perfect answer to the cross-border transportation problem of freeze-dried food

In the laboratory late at night, a package of unopened freeze-dried strawberries experienced the dual test of 40¡æ high temperature and 85% humidity in a simulated shipping cabin. The technicians held their breath and concentrated. When the timer jumped to the 30th day, the infrared detector showed that the oxygen content in the package was still stable below 0.9% - this means that the nitrogen-filled fresh-keeping packaging technology has once again passed the extreme environment verification.

A freeze-dried food company has suffered from cross-border transportation losses. A comparative experiment conducted by a third-party testing agency showed that the microbial proliferation rate of freeze-dried food using this technology was only 1/6 of that of traditional packaging after simulating a 6-month sea transportation environment. Today, nitrogen-filled fresh-keeping packaging equipment has evolved into a shipping-specific mode that can automatically record changes in temperature, humidity and oxygen content throughout the transportation process, providing data traceability support for disputes.

When the morning sun dyed the laboratory windowsill red, the package of freeze-dried strawberries that had undergone rigorous testing was finally taken out. The moment the package was torn open, the sweet fruity aroma bloomed in the air, and the technicians pinched a piece and observed it against the light - in the perfect honeycomb structure, the microscopic barrier constructed by nitrogen is still silently guarding the freshness of the ingredients. This revolution, which began with the upgrade of preservation technology, is quietly reshaping the rules of the game for freeze-dried food going overseas.
