Our foreign trade team successfully completed the annual equipment renewal contract with a food packaging company in St. Petersburg, Russia. This is the third time that the customer has ordered additional equipment for intelligent packaging production lines after purchasing a fully automatic pillow packaging unit for the first time in 2020, which confirms the continued competitiveness of domestic packaging machinery in the international market.

In response to the low-temperature operating environment in Russia and CIS countries in winter, our R&D team has innovatively developed a cold-resistant transmission system, which enables the equipment to maintain a stable packaging speed under -30¡æ working conditions. The intelligent production line purchased this time is specially equipped with a remote diagnosis module. Russian technicians can monitor the equipment status in real time through the Chinese, English and Russian trilingual operation interface, significantly reducing the cross-border after-sales response time.

The pillow packaging unit currently introduced by the cooperative enterprise has successfully increased the daily production capacity of local nut products to 1.8 times that of conventional equipment, while the energy consumption level has dropped by 12% year-on-year. This efficient and energy-saving production performance is the key factor that promotes customers' continuous repurchase.
With the in-depth promotion of the "Belt and Road" initiative, the demand for intelligent packaging equipment in the Eastern European market continues to rise. The head of the ply-pack foreign trade department revealed that the company has recently started to set up a spare parts storage center in Moscow and plans to shorten the equipment maintenance cycle through a localized service network. At the same time, in response to the special packaging needs of the Russian food and daily chemical industries, the R&D team is testing new multi-material compatible technologies, and it is expected that customized solutions suitable for the Eastern European market will be launched within the year.
