The changes brought about by the efficiency improvement are visible to the naked eye. In the past, it took 5 workers a whole day to process 1,000 orders. Now 2 workers can complete it in half a day with the help of the equipment. More importantly, the return rate has dropped by 35%! The person in charge of a company revealed: "Overseas customers have reported that the product labels they received are clear and accurate, and the sense of professionalism has been improved by more than one level."
This set of equipment has also become a "stepping stone" to open up new markets. At the beginning of this year, the company tried to expand into the Middle East market, and was originally worried that language and cultural differences would become obstacles. "As a result, the equipment directly generates Arabic labels, and even local special certification marks can be printed, and customer trust has increased all of a sudden!" The marketing manager shared excitedly.
Today, a company's cross-border e-commerce business has covered more than 30 countries, and multilingual smart labeling equipment has become an indispensable "good helper."
