Deciphering the five hard-core technologies of our automatic bottle filling machine

 Recently, someone always asks me: "Why can your factory's automatic bottle filling machine fill thick ketchup and thin alcohol quickly and accurately?" To be honest, this is really not based on luck - from sensor technology to mechanical structure, we have secretly accumulated "black technology" for more than ten years. Today, let's talk to everyone about what special skills this machine has!

1. Filling precision control: the error is thinner than a hair

If the filling volume is one milliliter different, the customer may have to pay for a batch of goods. What our old customers are most impressed with about our automatic bottle filling machine is its "stable as an old dog" accuracy.

Traditional equipment relies on mechanical valves to control flow. When encountering liquids with large viscosity changes (such as switching from mineral water to honey), the error can soar to more than 5%. We directly installed an intelligent sensor system for the automatic bottle filling machine - the pressure sensor monitors the liquid flow rate in real time, and the torque motor fine-tunes the opening and closing degree. Even if the liquid is suddenly changed during filling, the error can be firmly suppressed within 0.5%.

Here is a real example: a jelly factory needs to fill 200g cup jelly and 50ml sip packaging. We made the filling valve, conveyor belt, and positioning buckle into quick-release modules, and workers can complete the switch in 10 minutes with a hexagonal wrench. 3. Aseptic filling technology: Even air must be "certified"

What do customers who make yogurt and oral liquid fear the most? It's not machine failure, but a little bit of bacteria mixed in during filling! Our automatic bottle filling machine can be called a "late-stage mysophobia patient" in terms of hygiene standards:

  • The filling chamber is fully enclosed, and the air must pass through three levels of filtration
  • All contact surfaces are made of 316L stainless steel, and the polishing accuracy reaches the food-grade mirror standard
  • When cleaning, take the "reverse pulse" route, and even the residues in the corners of the pipe can be washed clean

Last month, a dairy company came to inspect the factory, holding a UV flashlight for half an hour, but couldn't find a hygienic dead corner. 4.intelligent sensor system: machines are more "sharp-eyed and quick-handed" than people

What if the bottle is crooked during filling? How to deal with inconsistent liquid level height? Don't worry, our automatic bottle filling machine will "find a way" by itself!

Through high frame rate visual sensors + AI algorithms, the machine can identify the position deviation of the bottle mouth within 0.1 seconds and automatically adjust the angle of the filling head. Once, the floor of a customer's workshop vibrated and caused the conveyor belt to deviate. Our machine actually "made up for it" and completed the filling. The workers on site were stunned: "This is not a device, it's clearly a robot with eyes!"

5. Compatible with multiple bottle types: from perfume bottles to soy sauce barrels

Some people always ask: "Can special-shaped bottles and soft packaging be filled?" We pulled the automatic bottle filling machine to the test workshop and filled square bottles, flat bottles, and even gourd-shaped ceramic bottles - the result? All of them were taken!

The secret lies in two sets of "combination punches":

  • Flexible clamping device‌: Silicone grippers adapt to different bottle body curvatures
  • Negative pressure filling technology‌: When dealing with soft packaging, vacuum is first drawn and then liquid is injected, and the bag is evenly and beautifully bulged

When a seasoning factory used our equipment to fill a 500ml soy sauce barrel, it accidentally mixed in several 350ml old bottles. Unexpectedly, the machine automatically identified the capacity difference and accurately switched the filling mode. The boss later called us to thank us: "Your machine is more sensitive to numbers than my accountant!"

Technicians' "obsession": 0.1% progress

Some people may think that the development of filling machines has reached its limit, what new tricks can there be? But our engineers are "doing things" in the workshop every day:

  • Testing the use of nitrogen to replace ordinary air to extend the shelf life of freshly squeezed juice
  • Adding a vibration suppression module to the automatic filling bottle machine to allow high-foam beer to be filled smoothly
  • Even trying to use AR technology to assist maintenance - workers can see the 3D schematic diagram of the faulty parts with glasses
