"Director Wang, feel the temperature of this bag of cashews!" In the workshop of a nut processing factory in Hebei, our factory's installation engineer Lao Zhao was holding the hot packaging bag that had just been sealed and handed it to the workshop director for inspection. Half a year ago, this factory was working overtime every day due to low packaging efficiency. Now this production line equipped with a vertical packaging machine is accurately filling walnut kernels and almonds into bags at a speed that is difficult to distinguish with the naked eye.
"The old equipment used before always got stuck, and a roll of packaging film had to be replaced before noon." Xiao Zhang, who is responsible for the inspection of the production line, sighed while operating. Since the vertical packaging machine in our factory was replaced, the high-speed automatic film changing function has shortened the downtime by 80%. The workshop director calculated: "The time saved by changing the film alone can pack two more tons of goods every day, and the boss no longer has to ask, 'Can we ship out all the goods today?'"
The accuracy of particle weighing and packaging is the most important indicator for nut factories. Last year, a Shandong customer was fined by the supermarket for the weight error of macadamia nuts. Our technical team modified the weighing module overnight and installed a dual sensor verification system on the vertical packaging machine. Now the weight fluctuation of each bag of product is controlled within half of the industry standard. The customer's quality inspector Lao Li joked: "This machine is more serious than my electronic scale!"
What impressed me most was the melon seed factory in Inner Mongolia. In the workshop at minus 20¡æ, the stainless steel parts of ordinary equipment will freeze and crack, but our vertical packaging machine made of food-grade stainless steel has survived three cold winters. During a return visit last week, the factory manager pointed at the equipment and said, "Look at this machine body, there is not even a rust spot, it is as bright as when it was new!"
The remote operation and maintenance function of the intelligent control system has recently helped a customer in Yunnan. The new factory that makes mixed nuts is located in a mountainous area. The equipment suddenly reported an error in the middle of the night. We found through cloud diagnosis that it was a parameter setting conflict. A remote restart in ten minutes solved the problem. When Tingting from the after-sales department received a thank-you call, the customer said three times: "Your vertical packaging machine is simply equipped with the 'strongest brain'!"
In the workshop of an export-oriented enterprise in Fujian, our factory's vertical packaging machine is working in conjunction with visual inspection equipment. After each bag of pistachios is sealed, it must pass a "security check" with a high-definition camera, and any defective products with air leakage or uneven sealing edges will be automatically rejected. Quality Supervisor Lao Zhou sighed: "In the past, manual sampling always let a few fish slip through the net, but now the customer complaint rate has been directly reduced to zero."
I encountered an interesting thing when I went to Xinjiang to debug the equipment last month. After the vertical packaging machine of a large dried fruit factory had been running continuously for 36 hours, the workshop director Lao Ma found a fly "walking" on the control screen. It turned out that the insect-proof net of the equipment's heat dissipation hole was not installed properly, so we immediately installed a double-layer filter. The workers made a jingle about this: "The machine works as fiercely as a tiger, so don't let the little mosquitoes get in the way!"
What makes us even more proud is the environmental protection upgrade. In view of the pain point that nut shell dust can easily cause equipment failure, the new generation of vertical packaging machines is specially designed with a cyclone dust removal device. Feedback from Zhejiang customers: "The air in the workshop is much fresher now, and the workers have fewer rhinitis attacks. The Environmental Protection Bureau came to inspect and praised us for our good dust removal."
From the pine nut processing plant in the northeast to the coconut flake workshop in Hainan, our factory's vertical packaging machines are "opening up new territory" all over the world. Every time I see the neatly stacked finished product shelves in the customer's workshop and listen to the crisp "click" sound when the packaging film is cut, these cold steel equipment seem to have the aroma of nuts. Just as the banner at the factory gate says - "Let every fruit arrive perfectly", perhaps this is the most beautiful mission of packaging machinery.
