We have specially developed a low-temperature antifreeze oil circuit and added self-heating devices to key parts. Now their dumpling packaging line has experienced three cold winters and has never stopped due to low temperatures. The new generation of pillow packaging machines under development recently has made another breakthrough, adding AI algorithm optimization functions. During the test last week, the equipment actually adjusted the heat sealing temperature parameters by itself, increasing the sealing strength of the PE composite film by 15%. The factory manager said that he would apply for a patent this month, and then our equipment will bring new value to customers. To be honest, watching the machine I participated in designing running stably on the assembly line is more gratifying than anything else.
