 As a technician who has been deeply involved in the packaging equipment industry for 16 years, I can see rows of pillow packaging machines being debugged in the workshop every day. These silver-gray shell equipment may seem ordinary, but customers always say that they are like "magicians on the packaging line" - from melon seeds snacks to daily wipes, as long as they pass through our machines, they will come out with square pillow-shaped packages.

Recently, we just renovated the production line for a nut factory in Shandong. The old packaging machine they used could only run 60 packages per minute. After replacing it with our latest high-speed pillow packaging machine, it is now stable at 120 packages/minute. Zhang, the workshop director, said that what surprised him most was not the speed, but the visual inspection system built into the equipment. In the past, two quality inspectors had to be arranged to watch the production line every day, but now the machine can remove defective products that are not sealed.

Our factory's pillow packaging machine has a special design, which is a modular structure. Last week, when we made a plan for a Yunnan medicinal material factory, they needed to package health tea bags of different specifications at the same time. Now their hot and sour powder packaging line operates 24 hours a day, processing 20 tons of raw materials every day, and the sealing qualification rate has always remained above 99.6%.

Many customers only paid attention to the price at first, but after using our equipment, they all said "it's worth the money". A pet food factory in Zhejiang calculated that they originally used semi-automatic equipment to package cat food, which required 8 workers per shift. After switching to our fully automatic pillow packaging machine, only 2 people are needed to monitor the equipment per shift, and the equipment investment cost has been recovered in half a year. Not to mention the energy-saving mode of the equipment, which can save more than 2,000 yuan in photovoltaic bills per month.

Over the years, we have continuously improved the details of the pillow packaging machine: upgrading the traditional gear drive to servo motor drive, building 20 preset packaging modes into the touch screen, and adding quick-release devices to key components. When debugging the equipment last Friday, the new intern Xiao Li asked: "Master, how come this machine is like building blocks when it comes to maintenance?" This made me very happy - making complex equipment simple and easy to use is exactly what our technical team pursues.

Judging from the feedback from the customer's workshop, the stability of the pillow packaging machine is indeed becoming more and more important. Last year, the project for the quick-frozen food factory in Northeast China required the equipment to work continuously in an environment of minus 25¡æ. We have specially developed a low-temperature antifreeze oil circuit and added self-heating devices to key parts. Now their dumpling packaging line has experienced three cold winters and has never stopped due to low temperatures. Every time I receive the quick-frozen dumpling samples they send, the sealing lines on the packaging bags are as straight as if they were measured with a ruler.

The new generation of pillow packaging machines under development recently has made another breakthrough, adding AI algorithm optimization functions. During the test last week, the equipment actually adjusted the heat sealing temperature parameters by itself, increasing the sealing strength of the PE composite film by 15%. The factory manager said that he would apply for a patent this month, and then our equipment will bring new value to customers. To be honest, watching the machine I participated in designing running stably on the assembly line is more gratifying than anything else.
