Recently, I always hear customers say that traditional packaging equipment is like a stubborn old worker - the efficiency is not good, and it takes a long time to change the specifications. Just last week, I went to Shandong to visit a seasoning company. The workshop director pointed to the old equipment that had been in service for ten years and shook his head: "Now there are more and more orders. This machine takes a long time to change the bag shape, which delays how much production!"
This really hits our heart. In fact, starting three years ago, our factory's engineering team has focused on the intelligent transformation of bag-feeding packaging machines. Now the third-generation equipment, do you want to change the packaging specifications? Click a few times on the touch screen, and the robot automatically switches the mold, and it takes less than 10 minutes. A customer who makes pet food was particularly impressed after testing the machine: "In the past, we had to stop work for half a day to change specifications, but now we can do it during lunch break, and employees no longer have to work overtime to adjust the machine."
When it comes to the core advantages of bag-feeding packaging machines, our factory is most proud of the word "stable". Last year, the production line we made for a nut company in Yunnan ran continuously for 18 hours without stopping, and the sealing pass rate remained above 99.6%. The workshop supervisor later told us that the most obvious change is that the workload of quality inspectors has been halved - in the past, hundreds of packaging bags had to be inspected every day, but now only dozens of random inspections are enough.
Some colleagues may say that this kind of high-end equipment is troublesome to maintain, right? This really needs to be discussed. Last month, the equipment of a customer in Guangdong had poor bag supply. Now more and more companies are beginning to pay attention to flexible production in the packaging link. The automated packaging solution we recently designed for a cosmetics company in Hangzhou is very interesting: the same bag-feeding packaging machine can package 100g trial packs in the morning, switch to 500g regular packs in the afternoon, and produce holiday limited edition gift boxes at night. The customer's purchasing director is particularly satisfied: "This set of equipment has digested all the seven or eight types of packaging bags that were piled up in our warehouse, and truly achieved zero waste."
In fact, after so many years of making equipment, what makes us feel most accomplished is seeing the changes that the bag-feeding packaging machine brings to customers. The engineers in our factory often say that when making equipment, you can't just focus on the parameters, you have to really think about the problem in the customer's workshop. Just like the research and development of the bag-feeding packaging machine, from the first generation to the third generation, each upgrade follows the customer's pain points. Now seeing more and more companies using our equipment to achieve packaging automation, this sense of accomplishment is more real than anything else.
