 Walking into the assembly workshop of PLY-PACK Packaging Machinery Factory, a silver-gray shell of fully automatic sealing machines is undergoing final debugging before leaving the factory. In the past three months, the order volume of our factory's fully automatic sealing machines has increased by 40% year-on-year. The energy-saving model newly launched by our factory has energy consumption 15% lower than the industry average while maintaining sealing accuracy. The quality control director of a listed food company in Guangdong commented: "The yield rate of the sealing process has increased from 92% to 98%, and the packaging loss rate has decreased. At present, the R&D team is busy tackling a new topic - how to make the fully automatic sealing machine work in conjunction with the AI ​​quality inspection system. The equipment in the workshop with the label "under trial" has achieved initial results. It can not only automatically remove defective products, but also trace back production parameters through sealing marks. "In the future, we want to make every sealing machine a 'master' who can learn." Li Gong said, pointing out a set of real-time fluctuation curves on the control screen. Those undulating lines seem to tell a new story about the upgrading of the packaging industry.
