Technical supervisor Li Gong pointed to the running equipment and said to the reporter: "This is not an ordinary sealing machine. It can 'remember' the temper of different packaging materials, and even the error of 0.1 mm is not let go."
In the past three months, the order volume of our factory's fully automatic sealing machines has increased by 40% year-on-year. Behind this wave of market conditions is the obvious improvement in the packaging quality requirements of food and daily chemical companies. Master Wang, the workshop director of a nut processing company in Zhejiang, was deeply touched: "In the past, manual sealing always worried about air leakage. Now, with the use of fully automatic sealing machines, the sealing qualification rate is directly raised to the maximum, and even special-shaped packaging bags can be handled smoothly."
The "smartness" of this equipment comes from the core intelligent temperature control system. Flexible production capacity is another highlight. The reporter saw in the test area that the technicians were simulating extreme production environments: the conveyor belt transported packaging boxes of different sizes at fast and slow speeds, and the fully automatic sealing machine always maintained a stable sealing rhythm. The head of the R&D team revealed: "Now even the arc seal of the glutinous rice ball packaging bag and the three-dimensional seal of the cosmetic hose can be formed in one go. The adaptability of the equipment has been improved by more than one order of magnitude compared to three years ago."
What surprised the reporter was that this seemingly "cold" equipment actually hides a human touch. Director Zhang of a condiment factory in Shandong talked about his experience on New Year's Eve last year: "The production line suddenly had a loose seal, and we tried to call PLY-PACK's after-sales phone number. Unexpectedly, the engineer drove 300 kilometers overnight and brought spare parts to repair it on the morning of the first day of the Lunar New Year." This "serious" service attitude has changed many customers from buying equipment to actively recommending equipment.
With the tightening of environmental protection policies, fully automatic sealing machines have also started to play a "green transformation". The energy-saving model newly launched by our factory has energy consumption 15% lower than the industry average while maintaining sealing accuracy. The quality control director of a listed food company in Guangdong commented: "The yield rate of the sealing process has increased from 92% to 98%, and the packaging loss rate has decreased. This account is cost-effective no matter how you calculate it."
At present, the R&D team is busy tackling a new topic - how to make the fully automatic sealing machine work in conjunction with the AI quality inspection system. The equipment in the workshop with the label "under trial" has achieved initial results. It can not only automatically remove defective products, but also trace back production parameters through sealing marks. "In the future, we want to make every sealing machine a 'master' who can learn." Li Gong said, pointing out a set of real-time fluctuation curves on the control screen.
