Xiao Liu in the debugging workshop has a catchphrase: "The container also needs to do yoga." It refers to our newly developed flexible buffer system, which allows the container to deform slightly like a spring when running at high speed. This design not only reduces the loss of parts, but also increases the packaging speed by about 20% of the industry average.
4. Verification from the laboratory to the black soil
What makes us most proud is the comparative test last fall: under the same operating intensity, the traditional container will show visible wear every thousand times of packaging on average, while our optimized container will only show slight signs of use after working for a week. Now when I go to the customer's workshop for inspection, I often see operators using our special container as a water cup - "It's stronger than my glass cup" sounds more encouraging than any test report.

Recently, the factory has set up a "seed equipment upgrade team" and invited experts from the agricultural machinery station to serve as consultants.
