Standing in front of the monitoring screen and watching the clothes flowing like water, I suddenly remembered the rainy night in the early stage of debugging - at that time, the whole team worked hard for three days to overcome the electrostatic adsorption problem of chenille fabrics. Now the system can automatically sense the characteristics of the fabric and adjust the humidity, even the most difficult gold velvet is obedient. This may be the magic of intelligent manufacturing, making the automatic packaging line of clothing no longer a cold machine, but a packaging master who knows how to "tailor to the body". From T-shirt blind boxes to high-end suits, from yoga pants to wedding dresses, this system in our factory is redefining the possibility of clothing packaging. Every time I hear a customer say "it turns out that it can be played like this", I think of the words of the R&D director: "Don't treat packaging as a process, but as the first hug between the product and the consumer." Now it seems that the temperature of this hug is just right.
