 As an old employee who has been working on the packaging production line for more than ten years, I recently witnessed the factory's full process transformation from packing to list generation. Speaking of full-process optimization, our factory is serious this time. An intelligent sensing device is installed on the conveyor belt to monitor the packaging progress in real time; after the grabbing path algorithm of the robot arm is updated, the single-line efficiency is increased by nearly 40%; even the inventory management of packaging consumables is connected to the early warning system. I remember that there was a large order coming in temporarily, and the system predicted that the hot melt adhesive stock was insufficient three days in advance, and automatically placed an order for replenishment, which avoided possible production delays.

However, what surprised me the most was the chain reaction brought about by the improvement of packaging efficiency. In the past, we always had to recruit temporary workers for training during the peak season. Now the intelligent system has shortened the learning cycle of new employees by two-thirds. Recently, an old customer who has cooperated with us for five years came to inspect the factory. Seeing that our intelligent quality inspection table can automatically identify defective products and update the packing list simultaneously, he decided on the spot to increase the order volume by 30% next year.

Standing next to the roaring intelligent production line, watching the real-time data jumping on the electronic screen, I suddenly remembered the manual packaging era when I just entered the industry eight years ago. From weighing and calculating materials to generating packing lists, the intelligent transformation of each link is rewriting our way of working.
