Once during the test, there was a sudden rainy weather, and the system automatically started the secondary dehumidification program, successfully avoiding the coffee particles from agglomerating. This intelligent design saves many customers the cost of configuring a constant temperature workshop.
Speaking of the hard indicator of quantitative accuracy, our engineer Lao Li has a vivid metaphor: "Just like the golden extraction ratio of espresso, one second more or one second less will affect the flavor." With the rise of boutique coffee in the past two years, more and more customers have begun to need small-batch customized packaging. In response to this demand, we have developed a fast mold change system. Now it only takes 20 minutes to change the packaging specifications, which is nearly twice as fast as the industry average. The equipment just delivered to a popular coffee brand in Shanghai last week can alternately process 50g hanging ear bags and 200g canned products on the same production line, helping them save 40% of the site space.
From the manual filling machine when I entered the industry to the fully automated coffee granule packaging production line now, I have witnessed the transformation of domestic packaging equipment.
