Recently, many customers asked: "Can your multi-channel mixed packaging system be adapted to small-batch production?" Hey! This is exactly the focus of our upgrade. The current equipment supports the "smart production change" mode. When switching to different packaging specifications, the coffee powder packaging machine will automatically adjust the metering parameters, and even the cleaning program has been optimized to 10 minutes. Last week, the mini production line customized for the boutique coffee shop in Shanghai can handle the mixed packaging of 20 flavors of coffee powder every day. Our factory's technical team has recently come up with a new trick - adding a visual inspection system to the automated production line. You may have seen other factories use cameras for quality control, but ours can monitor the mixing uniformity of coffee powder in real time. Last year, a customer came to us with freeze-dried coffee powder and said that the existing coffee powder packaging machines on the market could not solve the problem of electrostatic adsorption. Our engineers squatted in the laboratory for half a month and finally solved this problem with food-grade antistatic materials and directional vibration devices. Now their cold brew coffee powder is neatly arranged on the shelves, and there will no longer be powder hanging on the wall that affects the appearance.
From single-channel to multi-channel mixed packaging, from basic sealing to intelligent preservation, we always believe that good packaging equipment should not be just a cold machine.
