Assembly workshop starts! New servo drive technology enables precise intelligent manufacturing of packaging machines

 In order to improve the standardization of equipment operation and accelerate the application of cutting-edge technologies, XX Packaging Machine Factory recently carried out special training on new servo control systems in the assembly workshop. This training focuses on the operation optimization and fault prediction of servo drive technology, covering core departments such as R&D, assembly, and quality inspection. It aims to further enhance the stability and intelligence level of the packaging machine servo system through technology empowerment, and provide solid guarantees for the delivery of high-precision equipment to customers.

 

Technology upgrade: servo system drive efficiency revolution

As the core control unit of the packaging machine, the performance of the servo system directly affects the filling accuracy and production efficiency of the equipment. The new servo control system analyzed in this training focuses on the use of multi-axis collaborative algorithms and adaptive torque compensation technology, which can significantly reduce vibration and energy consumption during high-speed operation. At the training site, engineers demonstrated the parameter tuning process of the packaging machine servo system by simulating production line scenarios. For example, in the filling of granular materials, the system can automatically adjust the driving torque according to the material density to avoid damage to the packaging bag; in the liquid product line, the millisecond-level deviation correction function of the servo system can ensure the stability of the filling volume and reduce the waste of raw materials. The trainees mastered the use of fault diagnosis tools through practical operation, and were able to quickly locate common problems such as signal interference and overheating warning.

With the acceleration of the construction of intelligent factories, the servo system of packaging machines is evolving from single-machine control to production line collaboration. The new system supports seamless docking with MES and IoT platforms, and provides real-time feedback on the operating status of the equipment, helping customers to achieve dynamic capacity planning and energy efficiency management. The training also specially demonstrated the "one-to-many" control solution-a single servo system can synchronously drive multiple auxiliary equipment, helping cosmetics and daily chemical companies reduce the cost of production line transformation.
