Recently, our factory's independently developed "Third Generation Packaging Machine Heat Sealing Knife Module Improvement Plan" stood out in the 2023 Municipal Industrial Design Innovation Award selection and won the third prize! This achievement is not only an affirmation of our technical team's years of hard work, but also provides customers with a more efficient and durable heat sealing solution.
Starting from the pain point: Why improve the heat sealing knife module?
In the production line of packaging machines, the heat sealing knife module is the core component that determines the quality and efficiency of sealing. In the past, customers often reported that traditional heat sealing knife modules had problems such as uneven sealing, high energy consumption, and easy wear of the knife head. Intelligent Temperature Control: By optimizing the layout of the temperature sensor, the dynamic adjustment of the working temperature of the heat-sealing knife module is realized to avoid energy waste caused by overheating.
What makes us even more proud is that the improved packaging machine heat-sealing knife module has performed well in actual testing - the sealing pass rate has been significantly improved, and the blade life has been extended to more than 1.5 times the industry average (Note: industry general comparison), and it is suitable for a variety of film materials to help customers flexibly respond to diversified packaging needs.
