This is a fully automatic developed by fly-pack factory based on high-speed vertical packaging technology. It is specially designed to provide high-precision packaging solutions for powders, granules and liquid materials in the food, pharmaceutical and daily chemical industries, and supports 10g-20kg full-size packaging. The equipment integrates the servo-driven continuous film pulling system and intelligent weighing compensation technology. The single-machine processing speed reaches 100-150 bags/minute, and the measurement accuracy is ±0.1%. It is suitable for PET/AL/PE composite films and degradable and environmentally friendly materials, and complies with ISO 9001, CE and HACCP certification standards.

High-speed and accurate measurement and dynamic compensation
YHDM adopts a ten-head combined weighing system and a double-screw filling mechanism. The AI algorithm is used to correct the material fluidity difference in real time. The error rate is ≤±0.2g, which is suitable for non-destructive packaging of easy-to-agglomerate powders such as milk powder and seasonings.
Color mark tracking module: High-sensitivity fiber optic sensor positioning accuracy ±0.2mm, suitable for complex pattern film materials and prefabricated bags.
Intelligent temperature control and clean packaging
Low-temperature pulse sealing technology: Temperature control range 80-180℃ (±0.5℃ accuracy), sealing strength ≥60N/15mm, suitable for heat-sensitive materials such as aluminum-plastic film and co-extruded film; Fully enclosed filling warehouse: Integrated negative pressure dust removal and static elimination device, dust overflow rate ≤0.005%, meeting GMP clean workshop requirements.
Modular expansion and energy consumption optimization
Quick changeover function: Switch bag type (self-supporting bag, gusset bag, back-sealed bag) and specifications (bag width 80-400mm) within 5 minutes, supporting flexible production of multiple categories; Energy-saving operation: Standby power consumption ≤1.2kW, annual power saving exceeds 15,000kWh, suitable for 24-hour continuous production.
