High-speed box sorting and flexible stacking

Secondary Packing Palletizing uses a servo-driven box sorting system and a multi-axis robot arm to work together, supporting 6-12 channel synchronous sorting, with 8 preset standard pallet types (such as stacking and staggered), stacking height 2.2m, maximum load-bearing 1,200kg, and adapting to different production line beats and pallet specifications (European standard/American standard).

Intelligent detection and dynamic deviation correction

Visual positioning system: Secondary Packing Palletizing uses a 3D camera to identify the size and posture of the box in real time, automatically optimize the grasping path, and solve the misalignment problem of special-shaped packaging (such as gift boxes and combination boxes); Pressure feedback compensation: Secondary Packing Palletizing integrates sensors to monitor the load of the robot arm in real time, and the grasping force error is ≤±5% to avoid deformation or damage of the box.

Energy saving and operation and maintenance optimization

Low power consumption design: The standby power consumption of Secondary Packing Palletizing is 1.2kW, which saves more than 12,000kWh of electricity per year and supports 24-hour continuous operation; Modular type change: Secondary Packing Palletizing completes box type switching within 15 minutes, and is flexible to adjust from 200mm small box packaging to 800mm large industrial box packaging.
