The parallel robot collaborative Secondary Packaging Palletizing developed by the fly pack factory is specifically designed for the post-processing of FFS Packaging Machines. It integrates a 4-axis SCARA robotic arm and a high-speed box sorting mechanism to achieve precise grasping and synchronized construction of multiple stack types for FFS packaging bags. The device uses a visual recognition system to analyze the barcode information of the FFS device seal, automatically matches order data, and generates the optimal stacking path. Its hourly processing capacity reaches 800 boxes, which is 45% more efficient than traditional palletizing.

Core functions
Multi robot dynamic scheduling:
Four parallel robot clusters work together to simultaneously process five different specifications of packaging bags output by the FFS Packaging Machine. Tasks are allocated in real-time through a central control system to avoid production line congestion. The system supports mixed stacking of FFS packaging bags and hard boxes, with an interlayer error of ≤ 1.2mm, meeting the high-precision warehousing needs of the food and pharmaceutical industry.
Adaptive grasping technology:
Adopting a flexible suction cup and gripper composite end effector, compatible with M-type PE bags, square bottom valve bags, and upright bags produced by FFS equipment, the gripping force is automatically adjusted according to the packaging weight (5-50kg), and the damage rate is less than 0.01%. For FFS high-speed discharge scenarios (≥ 2000 packages/hour), a dual channel buffer conveyor belt is equipped to ensure uninterrupted operation of the robotic arm.
Clean environment optimization:
The built-in HEPA filtration system and stainless steel protective cover ensure that the FFS packaging bag meets the ISO 14644-1 Class 7 cleanliness standard from sealing to palletizing, making it particularly suitable for pharmaceutical raw materials and food additive production lines.
