The system runs at a speed of 45 boxes per minute and achieves precise beat matching between FFS equipment and palletizing stations through dual servo drive technology.
The equipment is equipped with a patented vibration compaction mechanism, which vertically vibrates and compacts the powder material bags for FFS packaging, ensuring that the stack height error is controlled within ± 2mm. Through the OPC-UA protocol, this device can share production data with FFS Packaging Machine, generate real-time stack 3D models, and optimize pallet utilization.
